How to Make Papaya Lassi

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
2 cups papaya (ripe, peeled, seeded, and cut into 1" cubes)
2 tbsps lime juice
3 tbsps orange juice
1 tbsp honey
1 pinch salt
1 cup ice cubes
Preparation:

This type of Yogurt-Papaya based lassi has been an Indian tradition for hundreds and thousands of years. It can be sweet or Savory and served frequently during the summer to combat the heat. while choosing papaya see for the light green skins with yellow or pink patches on it. The ripe papaya will give just the slightest bit when lightly pressed and green papayas make great salads, their hard flesh lacks the sweetness of ripe papaya and can be natural blender.

Procedures:
1. Mix Papaya, Yogurt, Limejuice, orange juice, honey and salt in blende until smooth.
2. Add ice to blender and blend until smooth. Lassi should thick.
3. Add some Mint Leaves on top.
